How it Works
Once you have created your design using the online designer, one of our Customer Service Specialists will be in contact via e-mail within 1-2 business days. They will send you a proof with a list of points you will need to double check. Please carefully check everything before responding with your approval.
If you require any elements of your design to be changed, please notify your designated Customer Service Specialist. Our design team will then work on these changes for you, before an updated proof is sent. Nothing will ever go to production without your final approval.
