ORDERS

Our minimum order for a new order is 16 jerseys per style.

You can choose from our 400+ Design and customise the jersey to fit your requirements and submit the design online. If you require a bespoke design or have a design idea please write to us.

After you submit your Design, we will review it and contact you to confirm the order - we will provide you with an estimated ship date.

Next, we will create you a complete digital artwork proof for your review and approval. We will also send you a Estimate, containing the complete cost breakdown.

Once you approve the artwork proof and complete payment, the order would go into production.
We aim to send you the artwork proof within 2-3 business days from when we receive your Design and your logos, etc. During busy seasons we aim to send you the artwork proof within 5 business days. When we receive your Design Details we will provide you with both the estimated ship date for the order and the approximate timeline for the artwork proof.
50% deposit is due before production. The remaining balance would be due when the order is complete and ready to ship.
We accept Zelle and Bank Transfer. If you need alternate payment methods you can write to us.
Any order changes must be sent to us within 24 hours after you confirm your Order Details. After 24 hours, the Order is locked in and we would be unable to make further changes to it. Order changes would include: changing the size / number / name of a jersey, adding or removing a jersey, etc. Once you approve your Order Form it becomes the starting point in our production process. We highly recommend that you take sufficient time to properly finalize your team's Order, before you approve it.

ARTWORK: LOGOS, NUMBERS & NAMES

Our prices include all logos (in full color), numbers and player names you would like on the jerseys. This includes sponsor logos, sleeve logos etc. The price would remain the same! Numbers can be in 1 / 2 / 3 colors. Numbers can be on the front / back., and the price would stay the same. Player Names (if required) are included at no extra charge. With IRA's sublimation jerseys, one low price includes everything.
With sublimation, your logos can be in as many colors as you would like. Logos are printed in full color!
Yes. Our Designers can provide logo design for your team at additional cost.
We would require your logos in vector form (AI or EPS file) if possible. If you don't know what that means, no problem! The best thing would be to send us your logos in whatever format you have them. If we need to manually recreate a logo in vector format, it would cost additional. We will advise - and check with you - when we receive your Design if we need to redraw any of your logos.

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is a modern manufacturing process whereby the artwork is directly infused into the fabric. This means there would be zero colour fade and the logos, numbers and names would not wear out over time.
Please check the back of the label for specific care instructions for your jerseys. General washing instructions are: 1. Wash jerseys inside out. 2. Wash in cold water. Avoid using bleach. 3. Try to avoid loading in the washer with garments that may have metal edges (e.g. metal buttons, zippers, buckles, clasps, etc.) Metal edges can damage fabric e.g. picks, frays, etc. 4. Hang dry, line dry, or dry flat.
Our jerseys are made out of specially knitted 100% polyester sports-performance fabrics.
On IRA jerseys logos, numbers, names, etc., are neither screened or stitched onto the jerseys. They are "sublimated" into the jerseys. Sublimation is a modern manufacturing process whereby the entire design - including the artwork - is directly infused into the fabric, yielding a soft, smooth finish. In this process there is zero colour fade, and none of the design or artwork would wear out over time.
