What is IRA Sportswear?

+
IRA Sportswear is a US-based custom sports apparel brand (registered in Dover, DE) specializing in fully customized jerseys and full kits for cricket, soccer, tennis, badminton, and pickleball. We combine a state-of-the-art 3D online design tool with professional-grade sublimation printing, offering teams, academies, leagues, and individual players a seamless path from concept to kit — shipped internationally via our carrier partners DHL and UPS. Every item is made to order, ensuring your team looks and performs exactly as you envisioned.

What sports do you cover?

+
We currently offer custom kits for Cricket, Soccer, Tennis, Badminton, and Pickleball. Each sport has its own dedicated product catalogue including T-shirts/jerseys, shorts, trousers, jackets, hoodies, caps, and accessories — all customizable end to end.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

+
Our MOQ is just 15 units of a single apparel item. Whether you need 15 jerseys, 15 shorts, or 15 jackets — each item type counts independently. This makes IRA accessible for small clubs, youth academies, tournament teams, and even content creators who want branded kits without committing to massive quantities. Need a full kit (jersey + trousers/shorts)? Each garment requires a minimum of 15 units.

Can I order just jerseys, or do I need a full kit?

+
You can order individual garments or full kits — it's entirely up to you. Many teams start with jerseys only and add matching shorts, trousers, jackets, and accessories as they grow. We offer everything from a single custom jersey to a complete matchday kit with training wear, travel trousers, caps, hoodies, and more.

Do you only make playing kits, or do you cover off-field, lifestyle, and athleisure too?

+
IRA goes well beyond the playing kit. For every sport we cover, we supply custom apparel for the full team ecosystem:
  • Off-Field & Travel Wear — travel trousers, hoodies, full-zip jackets, and management polos so your squad looks unified from the bus to the dressing room
  • Athleisure & Lifestyle — training tees, casual hoodies, and caps designed to be worn on and off the court or field
  • Fan & Supporter Wear — replica and supporter-style jerseys for fan clubs, travel groups, and spectators across all sports
  • Match Officials & Coaches — umpire and referee shirts, coach polos, and bench jackets with club or tournament branding
  • Volunteers & Event Staff — event vests, polo shirts, and staff jackets for tournament helpers, scorers, and ground crew
Everything is available through the same 3D Kit Builder with a 15-unit MOQ per garment — so your entire organization, from players to staff to fans, carries a single cohesive identity.

How long does the entire process take?

+
The typical timeline from order confirmation to delivery is 15-18 days, which includes production, quality inspection, and international air shipping via DHL or UPS. If you need your order sooner, expedited/rush production and shipping are available for an additional charge — contact our sales team before placing your order to confirm feasibility for your deadline.

Is IRA Sportswear a legitimate company? Can I trust my order?

+
Absolutely. IRA Sports Inc. is a registered US corporation (8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901). We are a proud kit partner of Masters Cricket – USA and have supplied kits to teams, academies, and leagues across North America, the UK, Australia, and the UAE. Our clients page features real teams that wear our kits. Every order ships with a DHL or UPS tracking number so you have full visibility from dispatch to doorstep. Our sales team is available via live chat, email, and phone — you will always have a real person to speak to. You can also browse our work on Instagram @ira_sportswear to see real teams wearing IRA kits, or find us on LinkedIn for our business profile and client references.

Cricket What cricket apparel items can I customize?

+
We offer the full range of match and training wear: Sublimated T-Shirts, Pro Series T-Shirts, Trousers, Shorts, White T-Shirts (traditional), White Trousers, Training T-Shirts, Caps, Hats, Management Polos, Full-Sleeve Jackets, Travel Trousers, Hoodies, and Fan Jerseys. Whether you need a complete matchday kit, practice gear, or off-field management wear, we have you covered.

Cricket Can I get traditional white kits as well as coloured ones?

+
Yes. We offer dedicated White T-Shirts and White Trousers for teams playing traditional or red-ball formats, and fully sublimated coloured kits for T20, limited-overs, or training. Both ranges are fully customizable with names, numbers, logos, and sponsor panels.

Cricket Can I add player names, numbers, and sponsor logos?

+
Yes — player names, squad numbers, team crests, and sponsor logos are all standard features within our 3D Kit Builder. You can position and size each element exactly where you want it and preview the result live on the garment before confirming. Need help placing sponsor artwork? Our design team is happy to assist.

Soccer What soccer kit items are available?

+
Our soccer range includes Jerseys (T-Shirts), Shorts, Full-Sleeve Jackets, Hoodies, and Caps — all fully sublimated and customizable with your club colors, crest, player names, and squad numbers.

Soccer Can I order home and away kits together?

+
Absolutely. You can create multiple distinct designs — for example a dark home kit and a light away kit — under a single order or as separate orders. Each design is saved in the builder so you can revisit and reorder as your squad grows. The 15-unit MOQ applies per garment type per design.

Soccer Are the fabrics suitable for outdoor play in varying climates?

+
Yes. Our soccer jerseys use moisture-wicking performance polyester engineered for breathability and durability. The sublimation print is embedded into the fabric — not a surface print — so it won't crack, peel, or fade through regular wash and match-day use.

Tennis What tennis apparel do you offer?

+
Our tennis catalogue includes T-Shirts (performance jersey tops), Shorts, Full-Sleeve Jackets, Hoodies, and Caps. All items are lightweight, breathable, and designed for on-court mobility. Custom team or club branding is fully supported.

Tennis Can academies order custom kits for students?

+
Yes — academies are a core part of our customer base. With an MOQ of just 15 units per garment, even smaller academies can afford branded training wear. Reach out via our Bulk Enquiry page for a custom quote.

Badminton What badminton items can I customize?

+
Our badminton range covers T-Shirts, Shorts, Full-Sleeve Jackets, Hoodies, and Caps. The shirts are cut for full range of motion at the shoulder and arm — ideal for smash mechanics and overhead play. All items are sublimated for vibrant, lasting custom designs.

Badminton Can I order matching kits for a mixed doubles team or club?

+
Yes. You can mix sizes across an order (the 15-unit MOQ applies to the total quantity of each garment style, not per size). So a club ordering jerseys in various sizes for men and women all counts toward the same 15-unit minimum.

Pickleball Do you offer custom pickleball uniforms?

+
Yes. We're one of the few custom apparel providers offering dedicated pickleball-specific kits, including T-Shirts, Shorts, Full-Sleeve Jackets, Hoodies, and Caps. As pickleball leagues and competitive events grow across the US and internationally, team identity matters — and IRA helps you stand out on the court.

Pickleball Can recreational leagues and social clubs order pickleball kits?

+
Absolutely. With an MOQ of just 15 units and simple online design tools, our service is perfect for recreational leagues, corporate teams, retirement community clubs, and social pickleball groups. You don't need to be a professional team to have a professional-looking kit.
🎨

What is the 3D Kit Builder?

+
The IRA 3D Kit Builder is our browser-based interactive design tool that lets you customize jerseys and kits in real time — no software download required. You can rotate a photorealistic 3D model of the garment, apply colors, patterns, and gradients, add logos and text, and see exactly what your kit will look like before you place an order. What you see is what gets manufactured.

Do I need design experience to use the Kit Builder?

+
No. The tool is built for everyone — not just designers. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface lets you pick colors, select pattern templates, type player names and numbers, and upload your logo in just a few clicks. Most customers complete their design in under 20 minutes. If you ever get stuck, our support team is available via live chat to guide you through it.

Can I design jerseys for individual players with different names and numbers?

+
Yes. During the ordering process after finalizing your design, you can specify unique names and numbers for each unit in your order. All player-specific variations are produced in one batch with no additional setup charges.

Can I save my design and come back to it later?

+
Yes. Once you have created your design, you can save it directly within the builder. This also makes reorders effortless — your existing design is preserved so you can quickly add new players or request additional units without starting from scratch.

What if I want IRA to design the kit for me instead?

+
No problem. You can upload your own jersey design files directly — our production team will handle the rest. Alternatively, you can describe your vision and our design team will create a professional mockup for your approval before going into production. Use the Bulk Enquiry form or contact sales directly to get started.

What file formats should I use when uploading my logo?

+
For the sharpest print results, please upload logos in the following formats:
  • Preferred: AI or EPS (vector) — scales to any size without quality loss
  • Accepted: SVG — clean vector format also ideal for sublimation
  • Raster accepted: PNG with transparent background — minimum 300 DPI at intended print size
Avoid JPEG files for logos as compression artifacts are visible in print. Low-resolution images (below 150 DPI) may result in blurry print output — our team will flag this during pre-production review.

My logo has a white background — will that print onto the jersey?

+
Yes — if you upload a logo with a white background (rather than a transparent one), the white area will print onto the garment. Always save your logo as a PNG with a transparent background to ensure only the actual logo artwork appears on your kit. If you're unsure, send your logo to our sales team and we'll check it before production.

Do you offer logo design or redrawing services?

+
Yes. If you only have a low-resolution version of your club crest or logo, our design team can redraw it as a clean vector file suitable for printing. This service ensures your logo looks crisp at every size — from a small chest badge to a full-back print. Contact sales for a quote on logo vectorization.

Can I use sponsor logos and brand marks on my kit?

+
Yes. You can place multiple logos on a kit — team crest, title sponsor, sleeve sponsor, kit manufacturer mark, and more. Within the 3D Kit Builder you can position and resize each logo independently. Supply sponsor artwork files and we'll ensure they meet print standards before production begins.

Can I upload a complete custom jersey design rather than building it in the tool?

+
Absolutely. If you have a completed design created in Photoshop, Illustrator, or a similar program, you can upload your own jersey artwork directly. Our team will review the file for print-readiness and notify you of any adjustments needed before moving to production. Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PSD (flattened), PDF, and high-resolution PNG.
📐

What sizing standard do IRA garments follow?

+
All IRA Sportswear garments follow standard US sizing (XS through 4XL). Our size chart maps US sizes to chest, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters. When ordering for a team, we recommend collecting actual measurements from each player and cross-referencing against the chart rather than relying on self-reported size preferences.

Where can I find the size chart?

+
Our full size chart is available at irasportswear.com/size-guide. It includes measurements for all garment types (T-shirts, trousers, shorts, jackets, and hoodies) and a guide on how to measure yourself correctly. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable match-day fit.

Can I mix different sizes within a single order?

+
Yes. You can include any combination of sizes (e.g., XS through 3XL) within your order for a single garment style. The 15-unit MOQ applies to the total quantity of that garment style, not per individual size. So an order of 5 × Medium + 5 × Large + 5 × XL = 15 units and meets the minimum.

Do you offer youth / junior sizing?

+
Yes. Youth sizes are available for academies and junior teams. Please refer to the size guide for junior sizing breakdowns, or contact our sales team if you need guidance on fitting youth players accurately.
📋

What is the step-by-step ordering process?

+
Ordering with IRA is straightforward:
  • Step 1 – Design: Use the 3D Kit Builder to create your kit live, or upload your own completed artwork files.
  • Step 2 – Review Digital Sample: Before any production begins, we send you a digital artwork proof for approval. You review colors, logo placement, names, and numbers — and only sign off when you're satisfied.
  • Step 3 – Confirm Order & Payment: Once the artwork is approved, you confirm your size breakdown (minimum 15 units per garment style) and complete payment.
  • Step 4 – Production: Your kits are manufactured to your approved design using high-quality sublimation printing and performance fabrics.
  • Step 5 – Quality Check: Every order goes through an internal quality inspection before being packed and dispatched.
  • Step 6 – Dispatch & Tracking: Your shipment is booked with DHL or UPS and you receive your tracking number immediately. Your kits are on their way.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

+
Our MOQ is 15 units per garment style. This means you need a minimum of 15 jerseys, 15 shorts, 15 jackets, and so on — each garment type is counted independently. Sizes can be mixed freely within those 15 units (e.g., 3 × S, 5 × M, 4 × L, 3 × XL = 15 units). This low MOQ makes IRA accessible for small clubs, youth academies, and recreational teams without requiring large upfront commitments.

Will I see a digital sample / artwork proof before my order goes into production?

+
Yes — always. No order enters production without your explicit approval of the digital artwork sample. Once your design is finalized (either through the 3D Kit Builder or via uploaded artwork), our team prepares a detailed digital proof showing the complete garment — front, back, and sleeves — with all logos, names, numbers, and colors in place. You review this proof and request any changes before giving the green light. This step protects you from any surprises and ensures the finished product matches your expectations exactly.

How long does the digital proof / artwork approval take?

+
Digital proofs are typically prepared and sent to you within 1–3 business days of receiving your design or uploaded artwork. Revision turnarounds are usually same-day or next business day depending on the complexity of changes requested. The faster you review and approve, the sooner we can move into production — so prompt feedback from your side helps keep the overall timeline on track.

What is the total turnaround time from order to delivery?

+
Our standard end-to-end turnaround is 15–18 days from payment confirmation — covering artwork finalization, production, quality check, and international air delivery to your door. This makes IRA one of the fastest custom sportswear suppliers available. If you have a firm match or tournament deadline, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm feasibility. Rush/expedited options are available at an additional charge for even tighter windows.

Can I make changes after approving the digital sample?

+
Once you have given written approval of the digital proof, production begins and changes are no longer possible. Please take the time to thoroughly review every element of your proof — colors, all logos, every player name and number, size breakdown — before approving. If you spot something after approval but before production has started, contact sales immediately and we will do our best to accommodate, though this cannot be guaranteed.
📝

How do I submit my team's player names, numbers, and sizes?

+
Download our pre-formatted player list template, fill in each player's name, number, and size, then send it to us. We won't start production until we have it — so you can finalise your design first and submit the roster when ready.
Download Player List Template (.XLSX)

Not ready to upload? Send it directly after your design is finalised:

What information should I include in the player list?

+
For each player in your order, please provide:
  • Player Name — as it should appear printed on the garment (check spelling carefully)
  • Squad Number — the number to be printed on the back and/or shorts
  • Size — referring to our size guide (XS – 4XL, US sizing standard)
  • Garment Type — if ordering multiple item types, specify which size applies to which garment per player
Use our downloadable template to ensure everything is formatted correctly and nothing is missed.

When do I need to submit the player list by?

+
The player list must be received and confirmed before production begins — which is after your artwork proof is approved and payment is complete. You don't need to have it ready before you start designing. However, any delay in submitting the player list after artwork approval will push back your production start date and therefore your delivery date. We recommend having it ready to go at the point you approve your digital proof.
💰

What does the price include?

+
Our listed prices are all-inclusive of:
  • Full sublimation custom printing and manufacturing
  • Standard international air shipping (via DHL or UPS)
  • Delivery to your address
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Import duties and tariffs
There are no hidden fees or surprise charges on delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay — end to end.

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

+
The only potential additional charge is for Expedited / Rush shipping, which is not included in standard pricing. If you need your order faster than the standard window, please contact our sales team before placing the order to get a quote for the expedited option. Rush production timelines may also apply an additional fee depending on order size and current production queue.

Where can I see your pricing?

+

✈️

How do you ship orders internationally?

+
All international orders are shipped via our international delivery partners, DHL and UPS. Air shipping ensures your kits arrive quickly and reliably, with full shipment tracking from dispatch to doorstep. DHL and UPS are two of the world's leading logistics networks, giving us coverage across 220+ countries and territories.

When will I receive my tracking number?

+
You will receive your DHL or UPS tracking number as soon as the shipment is booked — typically at the point your order is handed over to DHL or UPS at our dispatch facility. You can track via dhl.com or ups.com to monitor your parcel's journey in real time.

What is the standard delivery timeframe?

+
Standard total turnaround (production + air shipping) is approximately 15-18 days from order confirmation. International air transit (DHL/UPS) typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance. Domestic UPS or DHL delivery within the US is generally faster.

Can I get my order faster with rush/expedited shipping?

+
Yes. Expedited and Rush shipping options are available at an additional charge. Rush production can also be arranged depending on current workload. Please contact sales before placing your order if you have a firm tournament or match deadline — we'll advise on the best route and quote the additional cost upfront. Do not assume standard pricing covers rush delivery.

Are customs duties and import taxes included in my price?

+
Yes — our standard pricing includes customs clearance, import duty, and tariff charges for your destination. You will not be asked to pay additional amounts upon delivery. This all-in pricing model removes the stress of surprise import fees and ensures your team receives their kits without delay at customs.

Do you ship to all countries?

+
We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL and UPS. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact our sales team with your destination and we'll confirm availability and provide a delivery estimate.
🔄

What is your return policy?

+
Because every item is made to order and custom manufactured to your exact design, colors, names, and sizes, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your design, double-check your size selections against our size guide, and verify all player names and numbers before confirming your order.

However, if you experience a genuine print defect or quality issue, our sales team is immediately available to review and resolve the matter — see below.

What happens if there is a print defect or quality problem with my order?

+
Your satisfaction and trust are everything to us. If you receive items with a verifiable print defect, color mismatch from approved design, or quality issue:
  • Contact our sales team immediately with clear photos of the affected items
  • We will assess the issue within 1–2 business days
  • Genuine defects will be remedied — either through a replacement production run or a mutually agreed resolution
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our sales team is your direct advocate and will work with you to make it right.

Can I make changes to my order after confirming it?

+
Changes may be possible within a short window after order confirmation, before production begins. Contact sales immediately if you need to amend player names, numbers, sizes, or design elements. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible as garments are already being cut and printed to your approved spec.

How do I contact the sales team?
