For the sharpest print results, please upload logos in the following formats:

• Preferred: AI or EPS (vector) — scales to any size without quality loss

• Raster accepted: PNG with transparent background — minimum 300 DPI at intended print size

Avoid JPEG files for logos as compression artifacts are visible in print. Low-resolution images (below 150 DPI) may result in blurry print output — our team will flag this during pre-production review.

You review this proof and request any changes before giving the green light. This step protects you from any surprises and ensures the finished product matches your expectations exactly.

Digital proofs are typically prepared and sent to you within 1–3 business days of receiving your design or uploaded artwork. Revision turnarounds are usually same-day or next business day depending on the complexity of changes requested. The faster you review and approve, the sooner we can move into production — so prompt feedback from your side helps keep the overall timeline on track.

Our standard end-to-end turnaround is 15–18 days from payment confirmation — covering artwork finalization, production, quality check, and international air delivery to your door. Rush/expedited options are available at an additional charge for even tighter windows.

Once you have given written approval of the digital proof, production begins and changes are no longer possible. Please take the time to thoroughly review every element of your proof — colors, all logos, every player name and number, size breakdown — before approving. If you spot something after approval but before production has started, contact sales immediately and we will do our best to accommodate, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Download our pre-formatted player list template, fill in each player's name, number, and size, then send it to us. We won't start production until we have it — so you can finalise your design first and submit the roster when ready.

For each player in your order, please provide:

• Player Name — as it should appear printed on the garment (check spelling carefully)
• Squad Number — the number to be printed on the back and/or shorts
• Size — referring to our size guide (XS – 4XL, US sizing standard)
• Garment Type — if ordering multiple item types, specify which size applies to which garment per player

The player list must be received and confirmed before production begins — which is after your artwork proof is approved and payment is complete. You don't need to have it ready before you start designing. However, any delay in submitting the player list after artwork approval will push back your production start date and therefore your delivery date. We recommend having it ready to go at the point you approve your digital proof.
